Established in 1973 in Penang, Malaysia, Central Elastic Corporation (CEC) is a manufacturer of high-quality rubber bands. With our 150 years of combined experience, our manufacturing expertise with our Japanese HQ 100 years of market leadership. We specialize in providing customized products designed to meet specific technical and industrial demands.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, ensuring that our management and production processes meet international quality standards.

Our plant is having capacity to produce 350 metric tons monthly. We are using advanced semi-automated production lines to specialize in high-quality rubber bands while also providing other packaging solutions, including silicon cups, wire caps, gloves, and rubber sheets.

In addition to other products, we offer items produced by our HQ, such as twist ties and dressing tapes.

With CEC 50 years of excellence, we provide specialized solutions across many sectors: Packaging, Agriculture, Medical, Industrial, Floral, Electronic, Stationery, Storage, and others.
